Dave sort of implied this already, but in my opinion, we should only
use GitHub for the roadmap items if we move all issues there, which
will require a vote separate from the roadmap discussion. This makes
it more than simply adding a few roadmap items to our project on
GitHub, as we have a lot of issues in JIRA that will have to be moved.
I'm -1 on maintaining work items in two separate systems, but +1 on
tracking the roadmap items in one; JIRA or GitHub.

I like the flexibility of a wiki in terms of presentation, but the
information can quickly become outdated. It's a secondary system that
would require manual updates if/when a roadmap item is worked.
