Looks good to me.

I don't think we need a vote on the report, as mentors will need to
sign it off anyway.

Going forward, should we have a page in the wiki to keep track of
upcoming (and past) reports and allow people to sign up to write a
report? That way we can have one central place of keeping track of
who's up.
