Hi Chris,
I think we misunderstood each other. I was not suggesting creating a
wiki page to submit the report, just a page for us to collaborate on
it later, when it potentially becomes a bit more complex as well as to
have a place off-list to keep track of who is in charge of which
report.
Report submission is of course on the relevant pages you linked to!

But maybe I misunderstood your mail?
