Resolution: Fixed
Fixed under r921794. This commit also contains a workaround for TUSCANY-3490.
In r921794 the jars packaged in the .war files are hardcoded to match the maven
dependency sets. This isn't ideal but it's the only solution I have been able
to find for getting the complete travel sample ant build working.
