It seems now composite reference promotion requires the @multiplicity. I'll
fix the last 3 itests from Luciano's list.

and I don't see any sample failures.
As for the oTests, i believe a lot of changes are related to reference
multiplicity and some sequence changes ... but I need Mike or someone
from OASIS to provide those changes.
