1 & 2 certainly. 3 I think is handled by someone (ant?) building the otest jars with the patch applied and posting them for the compliance tests to pick up. As the otest excludes and patches are Tuscany specific the OASIS team will see the full set of failures when they run against Tuscany. This will help them fix the problems I hope. Obviously we can help out here by making our patches available. Simon
