The failure for 10003 seems to be because of model changes.  I can
make the test work by adding
"http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/opencsa/sca/200912":externalAttachment
as valid content in the schema error message, which would seem to tie
up with the recent changes under TUSCANY-3630
