Hello Nicolas, > What more does unopkg do during installation ? I thought it would not > modify any file not part of the uno package.
It does not modify any files of the package, but it manages/modifies different files with respect to user/shared layer or platform specifics (enabling the same user layer for multiple platforms), e.g. - different rdb files for UNO component registration - different rc/ini files for java classpath, UNO rdb type libraries - an own configuration data and schema layer - Basic script and dialog library registration ... Except for the basic library registration, all modifications are performed in own directories (user/shared package cache). --Daniel --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
