Hi Stephan,

indeed, I was a little cryptic. Let me explain. I'm using the following:

- OpenOffice.org 2.0.x (I'm not sure about the release, I did not
install by myself)

- oood from
http://udk.openoffice.org/python/python-bridge.html#known_pyuno_extensions

-xvfb-run from debian.

Regards
Marco

Marco,

How did you obtain your version of OOo? The official OOo (available as
source or installation sets from <http://www.openoffice.org/>) to my
knowledge does not have an "openoffice daemon (oood)." I assume it is
part of your "slackware based distribution."
