The first one ensures that a type system which a user once selected is
remembered while the Cas Editor is running. One issue with that is, that is
makes it difficult to re-open a CAS file with a different type system.
I believe we should at least keep the documenToTypeSystemMap in the
DefaultDocumentProvider and add a configuration where a user can enable/disable
it.
