I believe this is a good way to cover many of the non-standard ways of opening
a CAS. We could define a "Open CAS With" action which first lets you select the
Cas Editor (in case there is more than one) and then the type system, or to use
a dialog to select one.
Like eclipse "Open With" action but with a second menu layer for the TS
selection.
