I can confirm that Tycho resolves things fine from
{{target/eclipse-update-site/2.4.0}}. If I give it the composite site,
{{target/eclipse-update-site}}, Tycho fails to resolve things. I don't actually
know whether that should work or not, but I tried it just to add the info here.
