You can edit the commit message and add the UIMA-2522 to it.
In Eclipse, for instance, select the file or any folder containing the
committed updates (you can select src/main/java) and do show History. In the
history view, select the revision who's commit comment you want to update, and
right-click and pick "Set commit properties". This brings up a dialog with the
existing commit message, and lets you edit it. The hook between SVN and Jira
scans the first part of the commit message, so put the tag
{noformat}[UIMA-2522]{noformat} in front.
