It is one concern. The other one is that we currently rely on the FS addresses in the CAS as we use these IDs in the communication with the BRAT frontend. This, however, is rather a hack and we need to get around this in one way or the other anyway. I'll post to this list when we got the open source release out of the door. That provides a better base for discussion and storage refactorings prior to the release would only delay it.
