re: special SVN tag - no, that means whenever someone clicks on some
documentation it would be fetched from SVN. I believe, for managing load,
etc., that all Apache website content should exist as static files on the
Apache main web server. See 3rd paragraph under Manage your project website in
http://www.apache.org/dev/project-site.html.
To get data there, we have to put it into our uima-website/docs directory
somewhere.
