I wonder if these are needed. When we do an Apache release, we typically make an official release of the all the source as a ...-source-release.zip file. You have this file, as uimaj-textmarker-parent-2.0.0-source-release.zip (and signing/checksum friends). I think this is enough, because it holds all of the sources. I don't see any purpose in included for each separate plugin-Jar an individual sources-jar, in this spot.
