The folder structure for the binary distribution seems unusual. - the top level folder doesn't have a LICENSE / NOTICE - the top level folder contains only a subfolder, called ducc-runtime
Is there something missing from the top level? Should the "runtime" include things like documentation, examples, etc? -Marshall
