We are keeping the 1 older releases, more as a service to our user community,
which is often slow to move to new releases. This is, I think, a tradeoff
between user convenience (it's available on the download page) and load on
Apache mirror system.
Do you think it's OK for us to continue this to support user-convenience, or do
you think this is really too much of a load on the mirrors?
