I don't think there is value in keeping prominent references to old 2.4.x
releases around. AFAIK 2.4.2 is a drop-in replacement for 2.4.0. If at all, we
might consider providing prominent links to the 2.3.x releases, but even that
would IMHO only make sense if we continued to support that line.
