Only the currently supported releases should be made available via the ASF
mirror system.
Anything is available via the ASF archives.
As an aside, I don't see why it helps the user to have 2.4.0 available on the
download page.
If they are using a previous version, surely if they update they will update
directlyt to 2.4.2?
If they are already using 2.4.0, then they don't need the 2.4.0 download link
either.
