Compressed Binary deserialization requires knowledge of the exact type system
used to serialize it. If both compressed form 6 TS and an external TSI is
provided, the only possible interpretation would be to use the TSI for
resetting the CAS, and use the TS for interpreting the compressed data during
deserialization.
