RELEASE_NOTES.html

The html seems to be broken, maybe only by the "<\p>" instead of "</p>".

README mentions "UIMA-SDK version 3.0.0-alpha1" but RELEASE_NOTES
mentions "v3.0.0-alpha"

spot checked LICENSE/NOTICE files - OK

spot checked sigs - looks ok, but failed. I had this problems already a
few times, no idea yet what causes it on my machine.

checked issues-fixed - found a diff (already reported my Marschall)

Several issues could be fixed in this RC but none is a blocker for me...

[X] +1 OK to release
