I'll do the uimaj maintenance. Can a main person for ducc, ruta, uima-as,
uimaFIT, do this for those projects?
My plan is to keep the current, plus 1 prev. That should save a lot.
Ruta - please consider moving older (not needed) eclipse update site versions
