As part of our release process we create a "release candidate" and our team
tests it, makes sure it meets all the criteria of the Incubator's Podling
release checklist and then votes.

We did that four times and finally arrived at release candidate 4 (RC4),
which we voted to release.

Once we pass the vote in the incubator, we will rename the release files to
remove the "RC4" designation.
