To summarise my conversation with Christian...
I'd like to propose:
* We should have one contributing link. It can point to developer
pages in programing.html--or we can reorganize how that works so that
<http://development.openoffice.org/> is accurately linked. We agree
that at the moment having Development and Contributing is confusing.
And, for the entire Domain:
* We should consider the idea of making the contents of the left
navbar negotiable, a set of options available, not obligatory, for
projects. The model of this would be <http://hu.openoffice.org/>. It
would allow, for the NLC projects, linguistic freedom.
* I am asking CollabNet what would be required for this, how
feasible, how maintainable.
