I'm on Windows and the latest working Windows binary I can get is
2.8.3dev17. I couldn't access sc40 with it.

Screenshots of WebTV to come.

I also put up very unstable Windows binaries of the Dillo browser. No
screenshots of that needed, though. The rendering engine works and it
displays the page according to the XHTML structure without problems
(before crashing).
