If you mean "static page" when you talk about temporary pages :-) The problem is that on Ooo the webserver serves pre-generated pages, cached versions of the files in the cvs. So when a file is changed in cvs, it is not immediately available to the user. First a new cached-version has to be generated. Hence the delay.
