Thanks, Kaye for the new style guide. It answers my original question
(28 Feb 2005) about includes, i.e. we can't use our own; only those
provided by the administrators. Mind you, project_tools.html is going to
save us a lot of work in the long run :-)
I presume the question about using our own additional style sheets can
be answered the same way: no.
