This is basically because this is the way SourceCast "styles" the
default project tools. It probably can be changed to css without
problems (but lets try this only after OOo 2.0 is out and the load of
the site is down to a regular level :-)

Where is that? You have to ask the project-maintainers of that specific
project...

Basically you are free what you include in the project_tools.html and
how you style it. It will just be put into a table cell & into a
div-block.

validator.w3c.org shows 4 (minor) Errors for no.ooo, but 13 for eo.ooo

I don't have IE, so I cannot reproduce and did not look further into
it...
