here's a couple of things.

If you are going to add older versions - in order to avoid confusion, you
should add something to the top - as the default setting that says "Latest
version" .  Not everyone knows that 2.0.2 is the latest version, so they
migt not know what to download.  Part of the effort of the redesign of the
page was to make it easier for users by eliminating unuseful options.
Adding another option is kind of a step backwards - but I can see why you
would want to add it. But in so doing, try to make it default to the main
reason people would go there.  As it stands now - you have to scroll down to
find the latest version.  And from the wording, I'm sure some users will
mistakenly download "latest source" because they don't know what a "source"
is - that or the "latest developer version" - again, because they don't just
see a "latest version" option.

The other thing is just a typo.  I think the version for Windows 95 is
actually 1.0.3 not 1.1.3
