Well, whenever you login, no matter coming from what page, you'll be presented "My pages"... So even when you use another "Report a bug" link and are not yet logged in, you'll have to pass My pages... My pages might not be as useful as it could be if one could customize it, but there is at least: IssueZilla links (inlcuding "My issues", that you'll only find in IZ or on My pages), you have an "enter-issue-id" box (although I personally have a smart-bookmark for that purpose), you have your project's announcements (although not many projects make use of that), you have download links to both the stable and devel-versions.
