Agreed, and the footer should be clean.

I liked the your previous design idea to have a 'menu' on top of the page. We should list here links to 'Projects', 'Templates', 'Support', 'Participate' and 'About'. I am suggesting also to replace the 'Participate' with ' More Languages' , add 'Templates'

No, I think not. That is the road to clutter. We went through this before and we agreed, for good reason, to keep things simple: support is pretty clear. having it on the top bar is not good, though, as it is missed. Having it the way Filip has it makes it prominent. Support can include those things and does that you mention.
