Hi all,

I also agree that it is necessary to have the new logo on the website. I saw thw sr.openoffice.org website and I think we could start that way, with very minimal changes. After that we can look for more substantial changes, like for example changing the layout, including a video in the web site, having the possibility of showing community photos, etc (those are just ideas). Anyway I think that the current blue color doesn't fit very well the new logo, therefore I posted a mock-up to the wiki where you can see how a different blue tone works with the logo for the website. We could use it and then with more time fro proposals and discussions we could redesign the website as Ivan proposed.
You can see the website mock-up here:

Regards,
Rosana

Sorry if my message was misunderstood. The new logo can be discussed in
the branding mailing list. What we currently have is that today we (the
community) are releasing a new version of a product that has new logo in
it.

I find it confusing to continue to use old logo on the web page. I tried
hard to educate users to be careful of phishing-like sites when
downloading the software, to look for the website address and page
layout. Having different logo does not help.

Best regards,
Goran
