(1) I would adjust the positioning of the form fields in the ODT to the left. (2) My Acrobat settings already have a scan of my signature that I use for government forms. I thought that by eliminating the scan and sign the idea was to make it easier on both the signer and the Secretary’s processing. Acrobat has both an E-Sign tool and an advanced “new” Request E-Signatures. The instructions should make clear that an “E-Sign” tool is what you mean. Does Whimsy process detached signatures? Is that too much to expect given how generally illiterate younger people are about email.
