I would like to keep the DOM approach of using an interface for caching (and
use it in the StAX) code, but switch to using EhCache by default. The DOM code
defaulted to a simple In-Memory thing just to avoid introducing a new
dependency. CXF uses EhCache by default for the caching implementation.
I'll take care of this if you are agreeable with this approach.
