I feel that red is overdone on "Builds and Repositories"--we can show the red buttons only when mouse hovers a particular row. Also, using the color red for all the buttons gives a feeling that all of them share the same priority. Red is best suited for Call-to-action buttons and the rest can be more lighter, less prominent (ex: a light gray)
