Came across issues while testing and this is discussed in the mail thread *[Dev]Deployed artifacts are not checked out from GIT in to manager node when pointing to a fresh ESB cluster set up with same DBs and GIT repo *on dev@. After having a discussion with the team, we decided not to test GIT based synchronization for ESB 4.8.0 since we it was unstable.
