Yes, in this case, DepSync has worked. But somehow, the security policy
parameters were missing from the proxy config in worker nodes because there
were *local changes* in ESB worker nodes. As per the quick discussion we
had (Kasun, Dushan, Evanthika, IsuruU, and me) we believe a ProxyObserver
or something similar is modifying the proxy config which shouldn't be
happening in the worker nodes.

This could be a reason, and using command line client can lead to some
