According to Evanthika's description, the service-metafiles are up to date, which means that depsync has worked. Anyway, SVN client side behavior can be buggy. Sometimes, even if there are updates on the server, the client reports that everything is up to date. I have seen this with the command line client while trying to update code from SVN repos.
