One more thing as I finally got to the conclusion, the objective is to implement RESTful service to the PDP of IS so that any PEP can access them in a RESTful manner? In other words the REST service should be implemented to facilitate the information exchange between the PEP and PDP Is that correct? please correct me if i'm wrong
