Hello,
The steps I followed are:

As a super admin I create a new tenant.
Then I log in the new tenant with its admin credentilas.
Then I go the email template for the askPassword, change the IP address in
the url and save.
I create a new user with a mail sent with a link.
In the mail sent, the link still have the old IP address.

Note: I'm using the 5.3.0 rc2.
