Hi Rukshan, Thanks a lot for the response.
I could solve this issue after trying in a private browser. However, noticed that each time I had to create a new user to get subscribed to the application, if we logged in using an existing user it will redirect to the "Account Home" (to define plan, invoice etc) and the application will remain in On Hold state.
