    My Xalan code signing key, is now available at
https://dlcdn.apache.org/xalan/xalan-j/KEYS.

Perhaps, you could now evaluate the XalanJ 2.7.3 RC6 (that we shall
produce), that shall use commons BCEL 6.6.1. It'd be great, if you
could let us know, when commons BCEL 6.6.1 is finally available, so
that XalanJ 2.7.3 RC6 can be prepared.
