The voting period is closed and I count: 7 total +1s 4 binding +1s (in addition to various positive comments prior to the formal vote). Therefore, the Heidi's xmlbeanscxx proposal passes! We now need to work with the Incubator to get this project set up. The most important first step is for all those listed as committers on the proposal to fax in their signed individual Contributor License Agreements to the ASF Secretary (number on the form). I would also recommend that Rogue Wave consider signing and faxing in a corporate Contributor License Agreement as well. Both of these forms can be found at: http://apache.org/licenses/#clas.
