Thanks for picking up my comment and investigation.
There are two problems, and both of them are not resolved at the time of
writing.

1. On the issues which I didn't file, "Submit Patch" and "Resolve Issue"
buttons are not shown.
2. On any issues, I can't assign myself to them.
