Roman, Henry thank you for advices,
Moon thank you for volunteering and preparing the Charter draft [1].

Although it was not very clean from the [2] that Charter better be included
in the community vote as well,
I feel very comfortable with current proposal and ask to count my vote
holding for what have being discussed here, as well as nominating Moon as a
Chair.
