I'm not sure why some of the suites don't use {{JUnit4ZKTestRunner}}.  I assume 
it was just an oversight or some kind of historical holdover.  I can't see any 
disadvantage to doing a conversion for everything to use {{JUnit4ZKTestRunner}}.
