Although {{build.apache.org}} has been still dead, {{ZOOKEEPER-2223-v3.patch}}
passes {{ant test}} locally.
This version eliminates all the JUnit3 codes and makes everything to use
{{JUnit4ZKTestRunner}}.
I found {{QuorumZxidSyncTest}} can occasionally fail, but this failure also
happens without this patch.
