So why should the user care about this, though? To 95% of our users, 'old custom implementation' means nothing, as does 'official XMPP implementation'. > Your chat transcripts will be converted in the process." I don't think this bears mentioning, either; it would never occur to the user that they might be lost. What about: 'The new version of Adium has a much more reliable Facebook Chat service. Please log in to your Facebook account to begin using it." -Evan
