Hello all, I would say we have meetings every two weeks, and vary the times as said before but we make one meeting more important within the month. At this meeting as many people try to attend as possible. I know with varying timezones around the world this is hard but we can try at least once.
We should also setup the times for each meeting as soon as possible too, we shouldn't be changing dates or times at least 1 week before the meeting. If people who are heavily involved with Adium could fill out the trace page that Patrick sent out, this would speedup finding times and dates that work for most people in different timezones.
